Summary of professional and academic experience:

Since 2004, he has been collaborating with the MITIDIERI & PARTNERS LEGAL AND TAX FIRM, with offices in Milan and Rome.

Previously, from 2001 to 2003, he collaborated with KStudio Associate of Legal and Tax Consultancy of the KPMG Network, developing tax and financial statements assistance, and consultancy activities for leading national and foreign companies and corporate groups.

He has gained significant experience in corporate reorganizations; in taking care of the firm’s clients in the banking and financial fields, for ordinary and extraordinary consultancy activities.

He assists clients in the financial administration, in the pre-judicial phase, and in the procedures for defining tax disputes through adhesion and conciliatory procedures.

He takes care of the appraisal activities and company valuations and has developed important experience in assisting and advising clients on subsidized finance.

He is a member of the Boards of Statutory Auditors in service and industrial companies, as well as a member of Supervisory Bodies in industrial, business services, and pharmaceutical companies.

He graduated in Economics from the University of L’Aquila.

And attended the Master in “Tax Law and Corporate Taxation”, led by L.U.I.S.S. Rome School of Management, 2001 edition.

He is registered in the Register of Statutory Auditors (no. 133894 – Ministerial Decree of 21.07.2004, Official Gazette no. 60 of 30.07.2004) and is qualified to practice as a Chartered Accountant (no. 216).
